LOCATION: 93km NW of Wanaaring on Hamilton Gate Road 280km N/W of Bourke, 350km from Cobar

COUNTRY: Generally flat red loam with gentle rise of soft under stone country. Seasonal Kilkara Creek dispensing from north to south, grey soil and gilgi areas along large area of water shed country. Predominately mulga and heavily grassed with mitchel, silver & wire grass woolly but and variety of native herbages. Bimbelbox, swamp areas as with white wood & ironwood on red country & large variety of palatable scrub.

WATER: Well watered by 4 bore's, one being shared, the main bore being halfpenny's which has submissible pump connected to app. 15km of 2" poly pipe with 4 x 20,000 gal pioneer storage tanks and poly circular trough's line running to homestead as back up supply. Acacia is a solar bore with 5,000 gal poly tank & 5km of 2" poly pipe. Two other bore's equipped with wind mills.
