Darryl Langton
Real Estate SalesDarryl Langton has been employed with Landmark Harcouts in his current role as Real Estate Specialist based at Roma since 1999 and is a licensed Real Estate Agent in Queensland and New South Wales. He covers a broad area of South West Queensland and the Maranoa District encompassing the Landmark Harcouts branches at Roma, Mitchell, Charleville and Injune with an immediate sales area stretching to Tambo and Wyandra in the West, Injune and the Arcadia Valley in the North, Roma and Surat in the South and Jackson/Wandoan in the East. Sales have also been recorded throughout many other parts of Queensland and New South Wales. Darryl has successfully negotiated the sale of several multi million dollar properties, including “Glenwood” sold at the major international trade show Beef 2009 in May 2009 for $8,125,000. Other sales highlights include $8,000,000 “Allendale”, Augathella; $6,500,000 “Triangle”, Ben Lomond; $7,000,00 Bayrick, Tambo Darryl had previous agency experience with both IAMA and Wesfarmers Dalgety prior to accepting the Real Estate position. The two companies merged to create Landmark in 2003. Darryl has strong community links as well as involvement with many local sporting organisations. He has served three terms on the committee of the Maranoa Club Inc rising to the role of vice president and is currently serving on the committee of the Roma Turf Club, which organises one of the largest regional race meetings in Australia the Roma Cup, held in December each year.
